Ontario – January 18, 2012 - Under the
Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities
Act (AODA), the Accessibility Standard for
Customer Service went into effect January 1,
2012.
To comply, FELLFAB® has made the commitment to provide
our goods and services in a manner that
respects the dignity, independence,
integration, and equality of opportunity of
our customers, including customers with
disabilities, and all visitors.
To meet Ontario’s goal of an Accessible Ontario by January 1,
2025, FELLFAB® has also committed
to the identification, removal, and the
prevention of barriers to our goods and
services.
