If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS).
Your payment will be promptly credited(less the initial shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be emailed and mailed to your shipping address (Return merchandise after 30 days of receipt of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee ).

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the product in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.

For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. FELLFAB is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning an item because it was received damaged, defective or not the correct item purchased, FELLFAB will reimburse the return shipping charges.
