We are currently seeking an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, AVIATION to join our team in either our Atlanta, Georgia or Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas facility.  

 

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will be traveling throughout the US and be responsible for maintaining and growing existing accounts, securing new customers, and overall customer service within the aviation industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

-         Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships

-         Attend conferences, conventions and trade shows as required

-         Sales and customer service for the Aviation market

-         Ability to develop a sales plan and implement sales strategies

-         Ability to work within a budget while meeting sales objectives

-         Ability to lead contract reviews and participate in the contract bidding process

-         Ability to identify opportunities for product development

-         Conduct market research

-         Work with Management to provide feedback and recommend corrective actions as required

-         Complete sales reports, quarterly marketing reports, and other reports as requested

-         Ability to analyze and create financial data

-         Ability to plan and organize customer visits and 30 day travel plans

-         Capability to interface with multiple functional departments

 

Your knowledge, skills and experience will include:

-         University degree or College diploma in a Business related discipline and/or equivalent work experience in a sales environment

-         Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills

-         Exceptional organizational skills

-         5 years of account management experience, preferably in the aviation industry

-         Knowledge of the Aviation market

-         Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

-         Understanding of marketing principles

-         Prospecting skills

-         Relationship development/maintenance skills

 

Assets:

-         Experience working in a manufacturing and/or textile environment

-         Experience working in the Aviation Industry

-         Understanding of ISO, and AS 9100 policies

We are currently seeking PROGRAM MANAGER to join our U.S. team.

 

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple activities for external customers as well as internal departments. Additionally, you will also be responsible for project planning and drawing development within the aviation interiors facility.   

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

-          Coordinate program activities with multiple customers

-          Coordinate between multiple departments, internally and externally

-          Coordinate the design process to ensure customer requirements are met

-          Determine cause and rectification plan with input from other team members

-          Ensure quality requirements are understood and followed

-          Utilize Gantt Charts, maintain detailed program records, schedules and results

-          Travel to customer locations as required

 

Your knowledge, skills and experience include:

-          Post secondary education in a business related field

-          Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment or aviation system

-          Must be able to multi-task and prioritize and have the ability to move from customer-to-customer and issue-to-issue in a fast paced environment 

-          Ability to work within a team environment and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization

-          Demonstrated ability to also work independently

-          Experience in problem solving and conflict resolution

-          A mature and positive attitude and ability to perform well under pressure

-          Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
