We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to act as the first point of contact for our Corporate Offices. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, and handle varied administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing reception and information services including handling incoming calls, relaying messages and announcing visitors as well as managing the activities in the company’s lobby area. This position is also responsible for various administrative tasks and interface with the Senior Leadership Team, Departmental Managers and Salaried and Hourly Employees, Customers and Suppliers as required.
Core Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls for all FELLFAB® locations
- Communicate and maintain the visitors and employees sign in and sign out process
- Generate Sales Invoices Daily
- Make travel arrangements
- Filing and other administrative support
- Ensure office supplies and equipment service requirements are maintained
- Act as back-up for other accounting and administrative functions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Abilities Required:
- Minimum 3 years in an administrative role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to deal with the public in a pleasant, positive and professional manner
- Ability to hear and interpret a variety of telephone inquiries
- Strong oral and written skills
- Computer applications including: Word, Excel
- Flexible, reliable, ability to multi-task
- Team orientated
