FELLFAB Limited is currently searching for two (2) Business Development Managers (Account Executives) to join its sales team in Hamilton, ON.
Reporting the National Sales Manager these positions will pursue projects and cultivate relationships to grow existing accounts and acquire new business in the Industrial and Aerospace industries.
Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to: maximizing sales through the optimization of sales and marketing strategies that deliver combined measures of profit and volume; providing market research and analyze business climate, industry trends and competitors; identifying and attending relevant trade shows to promote products and establish leads; and identifying opportunities for cost reductions and process improvement.
The ideal candidate will hold a University degree or a College Diploma in a Business or Engineering related field or equivalent experience in a technical sales environment able to thrive in a challenging, fast paced environment and have the following qualifications:
- 7 years business development experience in the Aviation or Industrial markets
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and interpret test data, certifications and drawings
- Strong business negotiation, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to recognize, promote and act on opportunities
