• Perform basic setup functions, pre-startup of machine, testing machine, cycle of machine, inspection and shut down
  • Lift heavy products (more than 10lbs)
  • Pack end-products and get ready for shipment
  • Read and interpret work instructions and technical drawings
  • Work with and understand basic measurements
  • Identify issues and recommend improvements
  • Perform manual material handling
  • Perform all job functions in a safe manner
  • Perform all job functions focusing on product quality and continuous improvement
  • Secondary duties may include: Manual cutting, glue booth, silk screening and/or stenciling duties


  • Must be able to complete multiple functions (i.e. operate welding machines, packing, lifting, and other general functions)
  • Have ability to trouble shoot and communicate issues to lead hand or Supervisor
  • Ability to learn basic drawings
  • Must be able to complete basic mathematical calculations
  • Must be able to read and understand English
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal direction from your Supervisor
  • Must have proven reliability and excellent attendance

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm


  • Previous experience with textiles and/or manufactured fabric products would be an asset
