We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our Forest Park, Georgia facility. Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Manager is a standalone HR position for the Forest Park facility. This role is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership while also supporting day-to-day operational needs.
Working closely with site leadership and corporate HR, the successful candidate will ensure consistent application of HR programs, policies, and best practices while fostering a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

- Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with employment, federal contractor, and workplace safety requirements.
- Build strong partnerships with supervisors, managers, and employees.
- Contribute to organizational growth through effective workforce planning and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations & Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.
- Lead employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management activities.
- Promote a respectful, accountable, and positive workplace culture.
- Coach managers on employee development and leadership practices.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead hourly recruitment initiatives in partnership with local operations.
- Support salaried recruitment activities for the facility.
- Improve candidate experience and onboarding effectiveness.
Learning & Development
- Support training and development programs that enhance workforce capability.
- Help develop leadership skills across the organization.
- Ensure compliance training requirements are completed and maintained.
Benefits, Payroll & HR Administration
- Administer employee benefit programs and support disability management activities.
- Provide payroll support and ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, reporting, and HR documentation.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Support and promote a strong safety culture.
- Partner with operations leaders on incident investigations, corrective actions, and safety initiatives.
- Ensure HR practices align with federal and state employment requirements.
- Support compliance with federal contractor obligations and reporting requirements.
Culture & Communication
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
- Help strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR designation is considered an asset.
Experience
- Minimum of five years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforces.
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment.
