We are seeking a Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide support and bridge the gap between Customers and the FELLFAB® Sales and Operational teams to successfully deliver our products to Customers in a timely manner.
Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Sales Team with customer follow-up and inquiries, ensuring timely, uninterrupted service and that all customer requirements are met.
- Provide internal backup to Sales through the provision of data and responses to departmental inquiries.
- Ensure documentation records are maintained for all customers.
- Ensure continuous communication of customer information to all internal departments.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are followed.
- Aligning program activities with the organization’s goals and mission statements.
- Prepare informative progress reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Education in a business-related field of study.
- Excellent Organizational, multi-tasking skills.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (specifically MS Word and Excel)
- Ability to:
- Manage multiple programs at any given time.
- Work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Communicate at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation.
- Work independently and as part of a larger team.
- Take initiative, recommend solutions, and assist other departments as necessary.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
