With 70 years of experience and three manufacturing facilities in North America, FELLFAB® is an industry leader providing engineered solutions using textile related products to many critical and demanding markets including Aerospace, Defense, Rail and Industrial.
FELLFAB® is currently searching for a VP, Finance to join its Senior Leadership Team.
Reporting directly to the President, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the CEO, the incumbent will lead and maintain financial policies and procedures for the FELLFAB® operating group of companies by: providing leadership, direction and management to the finance and accounting team, while recommending and implementing strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
· financial forecasting and budgets;
· participation in corporate risk management
· analyzing and recommending investment strategies;
· reporting consolidated financial results for FELLFAB® operating entities;
· interact with financial institutions, the Board of Directors/Advisors, and external resources.
· treasury responsibilities, working capital and cash management
· taxation and cross-border transactions; and
· Some travel to US facilities is required.
Qualifications:
An accredited financial designation with 10-15 years senior financial experience. Candidates must have an extensive finance background within a manufacturing environment.
