FELLFAB® announced today the strategic alliance with aerospace interior products company, Custom Products, Inc. (CPI). This comes after the finalization of an asset acquisition by the FELLFAB® Group. Concurrently, FELLFAB CORPORATION (FELLFAB® Group affiliate) acquired the assets of CPI-Aero Services, LLC., an aviation interior refurbishing services company.
This alliance allows the FELLFAB® Group, a North American leader in the fabrication of interior soft good products for the aerospace, rail, and industrial markets, to expand its capabilities and services, at the same time increase its customer base. The CPI-Aero Services, LLC. acquisition is a natural fit to the group and will enable the combined entity to serve larger volumes of inventory management and refurbishment services.
