FELLFAB® CLASS 100,000 CLEAN ROOM
Certain products need to be manufactured in controlled environments to protect against particle contamination. The FELLFAB® Clean Room offers such an environment as the level of particulate contamination is continually monitored to a specified number of particles per cubic meter at a specified particle size.
FELLFAB® is one of the only North American textile manufacturers to offer a Class 100,000 clean room.
Class 100,000 Properties:
Ex. Ambient outside air contains 35,000,000 particles per cubic meter, 0.5 µm and larger in diameter. A Class 100,000 Clean Room contains 3,520,000 particles per cubic meter, 0.5 µm and larger.
Only trained personnel are allowed to access and work in our clean room. Each of these employees are extensively trained in contamination control theory. When working inside the Clean Room each employee wears contamination free clothing and enters/exits through an airlock doorway to prevent particles from entering.

Recently updated, the FELLFAB® Clean Room is a designated space where we have made provisions to reduce particulate contamination as well as control environmental parameters such as humidity and temperature. All air travels through a specialized filtration system.
