FELLFAB® provides its customers with advanced engineering capabilities when designing innovative soft good products that are engineered for success and customer satisfaction.

Being innovative is a commitment, our Engineering and Research & Development Departments utilize the latest design software including: SOLIDWORKS, EactFlat, Optitex, Creaform 3D Scanning, and Additive Manufacturing (3D Printing). On the production side we use advanced pattern development software to produce optimal yields in materials.

These tools allow us to offer our customers fresh ideas using the latest technologies.

Our R&D and Engineering Capabilities have been instrumental in the Company’s growth throughout the years. We have had the pleasure to work on some truly innovative projects for the Aviation, Space, Rail, Military, and Industrial markets.

In the Defence market, our products are trusted by both the Canadian and US Military, having designed award winning (Red Dot) inclement XCSS Sleep Systems, mission ready tactical equipment as well as truck tarps and TEMS modular tent systems.


Our Aviation Interior products have flown in the world’s largest commercial airlines. We are currently introducing innovative seating technologies that will increase passenger comfort, reduce weight, and elevate the Customer experience.


Our Rail Interior designs set new standards for both aesthetics and comfort. Designs incorporate fabric, leather, vinyl, and sythentic covers with a host of foam cushioning options from our FELLFAB® North Carolina division.


Having a class 100,000 clean room, FELLFAB® has had the privilege to work alongside major aerospace companies in the design of thermal protective covers used for satelite, battery, and robotic protection. FELLFAB® contributed to the design, and manufactured the white protective cover that wrapped the CANADARM used on the International Space Station.
