FELLFAB® is a major supplier to the Department of National Defence Canada and is a member of the Canadian Defence Industries Association (CDIA). We also supply the U.S. Department of Defense, the Defense Logistics Agency, the United Nations and the Red Cross.
Our years of experience have enabled us to hold Intellectual Property Licences to Department of National Defence Canada proprietary designs. We have the ability to meet MIL specifications and provide testing and certification.
In addition, our ISO 9001:2008 certification means we can meet stringent customer requirements and manufacture within tight tolerances, on time and on budget.
Building in high technology
Our products include highly specialized load carriage equipment, camouflage and deception equipment, military logistics vehicle components, tents and tarpaulins, and casualty bags.
On the horizon is the next generation of sophisticated textiles that incorporate advanced electronic and laser technology built into the fabric for uses such as warfare simulations to test battlefield performance of personnel and equipment.
FELLFAB®‘s designers and engineers have the skills and the expertise to fully develop these capabilities in partnership with our clients. They have years of experience in product design and prototype development, from project conception to end use field trials, to ensure the form, fit and function of the final product.
Background
Integral Tactical is a designer and manufacturer of specialized outdoor products which are sold direct to tactical and government customers. We have been in business since 1986 manufacturing the Integral Designs brand of sleep and shelter products for the mountaineering and backpacking market.
Specialized military and law enforcement personnel have equipment needs very similar to those of mountaineers and backpackers. Over the past 10 years this segment of our business has grown rapidly and led to the launch of the Integral Tactical brand in 2010. Along with this launch was the announcement of a unique partnership agreement with the Equip UK group that the Integral Designs brand would join their global platform of brands, which include Rab.
All Integral Tactical products are proudly made in our own factory in Canada. Production runs are small and quality control is closely monitored.
Materials
Integral Tactical maintains the highest industry standards when it comes to choosing materials for our product designs. With over 22 years of experience in the manufacturing and outdoor gear industry, we know that a product is created not only from a great design but also state of the art fabrics that have been tested and proven. The materials we have choosen have been through a robust and lengthy gear testing process and we stand behind them.
Warranty
All Integral Tactical products are warrantied to the original owner against defects and workmanship. If a product fails due to manufacturing defect, Integral will repair or replace it at its option. Repairs due to accident, improper use, or wear and tear will be charged on a time and material basis.
